Does imperfection hold you back?

Does imperfection hold you back? Things just aren’t quite ready?

I get that. It is never fun to do a job we could have done better. So we want to keep ourselves to a high standard.

On the other hand, what if we don’t share our gifts with others *even though* we are imperfect?

Here is a short video I made encouraging you to keep trying when things aren’t perfect. And, also, exhorting you to keep improving.
